Sales Engineer (M/F/D)

Responsibility:

  • Acquisition of new clients and account management of existing clients in the area of Vorarlberg, Tirol and the neighboring countries
  • Clarification of customers requirements / technical consulting / creation automation- and safety-concepts for new plants and for retrofits
  • Cost-calculation and tender preparation
  • Tracking of offers (dates from inquiry to award of order) and conducting award negotiations
  • Interface between internal-services (CAD / project-management) and clients
  • After-sales-services for clients and projects

Requirements:

  • Technical education in the field of electrical engineering / electronics or industrial engineering and management (experience as an electrical designer of industrial plants, HTL, advanced technical college, university), preferably with professional experience.
  • Knowledge of controls and drive technology from the manufacturers Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, SEW, Lenze, …
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics / mechanical engineering and robotics is an advantage
  • Self-reliant and well structured way of working with appropriate commitment and flexibility
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Quick comprehension, empathy and persuasive power combined with a confident and friendly demeanor
  • Negotiation skills, perseverance and persistance
  • Good user knowledge of MS-Office
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Driving-licence B
