Regardless of applications e.g. aluminium extrusions, automotive industry or production of food – the requirements regarding traceability of raw materials or the repeatability of production parameters increases steadily.

Our process-control and visualisation system MCVIS is a independent of branch and bases on a modular concept. Manifold standardized functions guarantee simple customizing to clients requirements. Therefore MCVIS is the optimal solution for the automatization of all individual task of our clients. Regarding data-base-solutions and visualisation MCVIS always bases on the actual products of Microsoft. By using standardized protocols MCVIS provides consistent interfaces to superordinated ERP-systems (e.g. SAP) as well as to integrated PLCs – independent of the use PLC-brand. The open structure of MCVIS allows an implementation step by step. Therefore MCVIS can be used for a wide range of applications – starting with a simple machine up to a complex, completely automated production line.

The scope of Böhler Steuerungen not only covers the planning and the implementations of the MCVIS-System but also the writing of specifications and sample-programmes as bases for the programming on PLC-level.

This guarantees the full integration of existing PLCs and the realisation of a homogeneous man-machine-interface for the entire system.
